Characteristic:

1. The lengthways moving of the working table and the transverse moving of the grind head are hydraulic transmission, and the velocity modulation is stepless.

2.  The grind head perpendicular feed is manual, and has the quick elevating mechanism.  It can lighten labor intensity and raise work efficiency. 

3.  The working table slide way of rail is pasted the polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt. The wear-resistant is good, and the energy consumption is low.

4. The grinding head perpendicular feed slide way is pasted the polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt and feeding sensitivity is high.

5. The machine tool bed adopts the heat symmetry design and the heat-distortion is little. It uses the oil returning to heat the bed slide way, the slide way straightness keeps unchangeable basically.

6. The motion of this model is smooth and steady, the function is reliable and the noise is low. It is convenient for users to operate.
